The Regional Collaboration Center of Technology is a technical support facility in this area which was established in April 1995,

1. to promote cooperative projects with companies and institutions;
2. to contribute to society through extension lectures and refresher courses;
3. to encourage cooperative research on campus; and
4. to improve the education of engineering technologies.
